4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
WinzoLocks is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately to file a claim.
Please take photos of the damaged packaging/product to help us expedite the resolution process.
5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
